Yin / Yang Yoga Flow 4

This is a 30 minute yin / yang yoga practice. It’s geared towards advanced practitioners, with less cues and quick one breath one movement flows. Intermediate and advanced yogis may find this practice a perfect quick half hour challenge with some nice yin stretching to accompany the flow. Beginner yogis who wish to advance their practice should give it a shot, you may surprise yourself. This yoga practice is intended to be therapeutic for mind and body, please avoid poses or shapes that are painful in any way (uncomfortable-as-cuss is not the same as painful, try to stick with it if you are not in pain).

Yin / Yang Yoga Flow 3

This is a 60 minute yin yang yoga practice. Yang mean’s hatha / vinyasa yoga and yin is, yin yoga. This video is geared towards beginners, with more cues and includes some one breath one movement practice is short increments so if you are new to yoga you are more likely to be able to keep up. Intermediate and advanced yogis may find this practice to be moderately to lightly challenging and pretty gentle. This yoga practice is intended to be therapeutic for mind and body, please avoid poses or shapes that are painful in any way (uncomfortable-as-cuss is not the same as painful, try to stick with it if you are not in pain).

Yin / Yang Yoga Flow 2

This is a 90-minute yin / yang yoga practice. Includes some vinyasa flow, yin yoga, pranayama, mindfulness, and mind/body awareness. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced yogi, parts of this practice are quite challenging but that’s no reason not to try :). A longer practice in length gives time for some sweet yin before and after hatha / vinyasa flow. This yoga practice is intended to be therapeutic for mind and body, please avoid poses or shapes that are painful in any way (uncomfortable-as-cuss is not the same as painful, try to stick with it if you are not in pain).

Intermediate yogis may find this practice moderately challenging. Advanced yogis are likely to find this practice to be gentle. Yin / Yang Yoga Quick Flow 1

This is a 20 minute yin/yang yoga practice. Includes some hatha yoga, yin yoga, pranayama, mindfulness, and mind/body awareness. The intention for this practice is to alleviate or lessen discomfort from cramps but men and women alike may find this quick flow to help with sciatic nerve pain, lower back pain as well as hip discomfort. This practice is very simple and most likely fine for beginners. Intermediate & advanced yogis should find this practice very accessible and quite gentle. This yoga practice is intended to be therapeutic for mind and body, please avoid poses or shapes that are painful in any way (uncomfortable-as-cuss is not the same as painful, try to stick with it if you are not in pain).
